I’m searching for my daughter who’s birth name was Haley Anna Johnson she was born on Janurary 2 2004 at providence portland Hospital she weighed 9lbs 6oz her birth mother is Patricia Ann Composco no other info known.i never got a chance to have a say in the adoption of my baby due to myself being under age & the mother not wanting to get into trouble so I was never told until the adoption had already took place.
