I am helping my daughter in law find her biological father. Here is what we know. His name is possibly Alberto Rodriguez DOB around 1958. He would have been in the Medford, Oregon area around 1979-1980 and may have worked on her grandfather father Casper’s farm. Her mother was Victoria Casper. Born10 MAY 1961 • Medford Oregon. Died 5 JAN 2004 • Medford, Oregon. There isn’t a lot of information from her mother’s side of the family, her mother had died before my DIL was able to locate the family. . What she has been able to glean is that her mother possibly lived with her father and his family around the time she was conceived.
