I am looking for my nephew who was adopted out by my since deceased sister in either 1978 or 1979. I believe he was born at Emauel Hospital in Portland, Oregon and was adopted out from the hospital. His birt mothers name was Patricia Marlene (Freeman) Lugar who was born in either 1952 or 53. We have always wanted to find him but never spoke with my sister about it so don’t have much details. My sister is now deceased but we would love to find our dear relative.
