His birth name is Anthony Wayne Collins and his birthdate in August 3rd 2004. He is 20 years old. My name at the time of his adoption was Meghan Collins. I do not know the names of his adopted parents‚ I just know that they were residents of Oregon at the time of his adoption. I have been looking for and praying to reunite with my son for a long time.
