The initials listed for his adopted parents were md & l t. He was born in USA, possibly lived in or around Ashland or Grants Pass, Oregon in 1965, he had a brother (in his adopted family). He lived with his (adopted) parents. In 1965 he was 5’6", average weight, brown hair and eyes, medium complexion, wore glasses, nationality listed - English & Scotch and 23 years old. He was active in community, good public speaker with outgoing personality, made friends easily. He worked in a factory with machinery (possibly Oak Street Tank & Steel in Ashland).
