I am searching on behalf of my sister‚ we were both adopted‚ but different years. I found my bio mom through a similar site‚ and am hoping to find my sister’s bio mom. Forest Grove‚ Oregon in October of 1975 is the when and where‚ and the only other solid information I know is the young lady that gave birth was only 13 or 14 yrs old and had to have a c-section.
