My brother Roel was adopt out of Marion County Oregon by a special needs family expert. He has muscular distrphy and is unable to walk or talk. I am his big sister and miss him dearly. He was originally taken from my mom on my 19th birthday and I am forever broken without knowing if he is still living. I hear he might be in New Mexico but please help me reconnect with him.
