I was born nov 28th 1960 in a catholic hospital in Portland oregon that later burned destroying records. I have a father ..married to Sylvia Clifford my mom..he’s said to be an American Soldier..no name other then he came to see me at hospital when I was born. Who was he? His Ethnic? Is he still alive? I have a secondary family that adopted me..my name then was : Kelly Renee Moore..can the Moores please contact me? Thank-you for helping me close these holes in my life.
