I am not sure of my birthdate. My birth certificate was signed April 22‚ 1959‚ however‚ the date of birth is stated as September 20‚ 1959. I was walking and talking when I was adopted October 21‚ 1960. The name of the mother on my birth certificate is Julie Meeker‚ however‚ that is a made-up name. I know this due to a cousin on her side saying that that name doesn’t "exist" in the family. I was adopted from Albertina Kerr Homes‚ I was told my birth mother stayed in there home for unwed mothers and then I was placed in the nursery and then the orphanage.
