I have no information about my birth parents. I was born with a a birth defect a cleft lip and a cleft palate and wonder if this was why I was given up for adoption. My adopted parents were neglectful and they did not have the all the surgeries I needed done. I do wonder about my birth parents, the events around my birth and adoption, and I believe I would find closure if these questions were answered.
