According to my Live Birth Record, my birth mother’s name was Nancy Lorena Case. She was 18 at the time of my birth. I was born in Springfield, OR in Lane County. The birth record hows her "usual residence" as Oakridge, OR Box 743. t also shows she was born in Washington State. There is no information listed as to who her parents are. If anyone knows who this person is...please let her know that her son is looking for her and that his health is not good and am hoping to find her before it is too late.
