Im looking for my twins i gave birth May 5 2011 at 6:40am and 6:41am csection. My babies were 5 pounds and 6 pounds even. They were born at ohsu in portland oregon i was 17 when i gave birth there dad recently passed away at age 25 his name was tyler jones sr. He was my first love my name is myranda whallon im 24 now i havent seen my kids since may 5 2015 its been terrible and i just want to know the last name if it was changed i want to leave current contact info for them so they can contact me when they are of age.
