I'm searching for my half brother‚ Jacob‚ who was adopted out to a family in Oregon when he was approximately 8 months old. His biological father's name may have been Elmer and his mother's name is Lindsey (Pinkert or Hoffman). He was likely born in Albany‚ Oregon on January 2nd 1980 or 1981‚ when I was about 2 years old (I don't have exact details). I think we lived in a small house with Elmer who had a pasture with lots of horses. His birth mother was born 7/29/54.
