I was born at Emanuel hospital in Portland Oregon on January 11th 1992 My biological mothers name was Terra Whittington My birth name was Kari Anne Johnson But I was later adopted and given the name Kari Angelica Randolph Adopted mom Cecelia Nagy Randolph and Adopted dad Steve Paul Randolph. I just want to know my family history‚ I know nothing and so many questions. Why was I placed in foster care? How long was i in foster care? How was I in that situation handling it? Just so many questions. And then genetics and medical history. Stuff I do not know anytime a doctor asks and that would be something so helpful to know. I just want to know everything from the time I was taking from my biological parents until my adoption. Anything helps. Contact me.
