I’m looking for my half brother. He’s 9 years younger then me. I’ve been looking for about 11-12 years. He was born December 26th‚ 2005 under the name Brooks Leroy Looney. His adoptive parents first names were Tim and Yvonne‚ and they had a bio son named Ty who was about 4-6 years older then Brooks. I last time I saw him was on his 2nd birthday when his adoptive home was only 3 miles down the road from my foster home. I believe his last name could have changed or even the middle but I honestly do not know. I have never seen him sense or heard how he has grown up or been. Id like to meet him.
