I am the adopted mother of David Meyer Gradt, who is interested in finding his birth parents. He was born in Portland, Oregon, in April of 1972, at (Providence Hospital??) not sure about that. He was adopted through Waverly Childrens Home, no longer there in Portland, and the Certificate of Adoption and Decree of Adoption was granted by Judge Jean L. Lewis on December 12, 1972. My husband, David Gene Gradt and myself, Joan L. Gradt are David Meyer Gradt’s adoptive parents, hoping to help him find his birth parents.
