I am searching for my Brother who was given up for adoption at birth. My mom went through a Christian adoption agency . She was flown out to Oregon and my brother was adopted by a family who spoke Spanish. They were unable to have anymore and any children not sure. The name he was given at birth was Justin. The adoption was closed I believe. He should be around 31 or 32 he is my full blood sibling.
