Looking for bio father, Initials listed in paperwork was A. F. This could be his first and last or first and middle initials. The initials listed for his adopted parents were md & l t. He was born in USA, possibly lived in or around Ashland/Grant Pass, OR in 1965, he was adopted, had a brother (in his adopted family). He lived with his (adopted) parents. In 1965 he was 5’6", average weight, brown hair and eyes, medium complexion, wore glasses, nationality listed - English & Scotch and 23 years old. He was active in community, good public speaker with outgoing personality, made friends easily. He worked in a factory with machinery (possibly Oak Street Tank & Steel). He wanted to work on roads and go to vocational school for training for this. He had a daughter with Caroline she went by Carol, W. at the time. She was pregnant at 19 and when she had me she was 20. They dated for 6 months she was living in Ashland OR and waitress before moving to Portland, OR to have me. She stayed at The Salvation Army White Shield Home & E. Henry Wemme Memorial Hospital. Caseworker: Mildred Nordquist, Doctor who delivered me, Donald H Scott MD. I was put up for adoption as a baby through Waverly Baby Home.
