I’m searching for my daughter who was adopted out in 1983 April. She was born May 13th 1982. I haven’t seen her since she was 11 months old. I was tricked into signing the adoption paperwork by a county social worker. I was told it was a contract stating that I was going to get emancipated and be on my own with my daughter within a year if I complied by all rules of the contract. I signed then went to see my daughter the following weekend and she was already adopted and my caseworker has resigned from the county. So I’ve been trying to find her ever since. I would like to tell her what happened and get to know her before I pass away.
