I am searching for birth relatives of my adopted father and for his brother who was also put up for adoption. I am unsure of my fathers last name at birth but his first name was John. He was born in Windsor Ontario in May of 1965 and lived with his mom for approximately 1 year before she gave him up for adoption. His birth mother would have been about 18 at the time she had him and she had a sister. In October of 1967 his birth mother gave birth to a second son who was also given up for adoption (he may not know that he has a half brother or that he is even adopted). My father had questions about his birth family for most of his life but unfortinately passed away with no answers. I (his daughter) am continuing the search. I have submitted my DNA to ancestry.com and have received non identifying information about his adoption through Childrens Aid but have hit a dead end.
