Looking on behalf of a friend . Dave has a good life but his adopted mother died 11 years ago and his adopted Father just passed away. Dave is related to the Tarzwell family on his Great Grand Mother’s side . His Great Grand Father was a Hall. Either a Wheeler or a Hall Is Dave’s Father. These families and relatives were concentrated in the Erin area and one branch in the Sudbury region. One Grand Parent probably on his Mother’s side is an Irwin from Ireland also with relatives in and around Sudbury. Dave’s Mother is related to to Irwin Cherry, Kennedy , Craig , Lawrence, Nichol and/or Ellison families from south west of Barrie Ontario. The name Holmes has popped up and more research is underway . Possibly Dave’s Mother from the Irwin side was herself given up for adoption in the early 1940’s and was given the Holmes name . Possibly Dave’s Father was a Holmes and possibly he was adopted ? Dave was Born Dec 16th 1963 at a Hamilton Ontario Hospital. Dave’s Name change and adoption completed in mid 1964. Dave would like to know about his family to have info for his children’s and grand children’s family tree .
