I was adopted in the city of Ottawa right before my 5th birthday and had been in foster care all my life. My mother’s name was miller on the birth certificate from the children’s Aid Society so my full name was - kathy Miller. Spoke french and was in foster care with the children’s aid society from birth. Was adopted by Bill and Donna Smuck of Waterloo. I only have a few pictures of my from my foster family and this is one of them.
