My son’s name who I gave up for adoption was called Joshua and his second name was Gerald. He was born at the riverside hospital in Ottawa Ontario on Sept 26th, 1992. My family doctor at the time was Dr. Buczek and she was the one who put me in contact with the adoptive parents. I know they moved from Ottawa down east when Josh was a couple years old so may not be in Ontario anymore.
