My mother was born on May 28‚ 1925 in downtown Toronto to Edna Twilley‚ born January 3‚ 1903. Her mother named her Corrine and she was adopted by James Riddell and Carrie Simpson Riddell immediately after her birth and renamed Frances Margaret Riddell. We obtained a copy of her birth certificate and her father is not named and that is who we are trying to find information on. Non-identifying information from the ministry said that he was about the same age‚ and was married and separated at the time. A family member on her birth mothers side said that he was named Burt‚ and I have a picture of him.
