Birth Mother’s name at birth was Stephanie Elaine Harding, born in St Joseph’s Hospital, London Ontario Weight at birth was 9lbs, 3 oz. She was adopted through the London and Middlesex Children’s AID. Adoption was complete 11 June, 1959
