My father was born in Canada in 1949. He was later adopted in 1951 and we don’t know anything about his biological family. I am searching for any information about his bio family. I know his mother’s name was Marion Pakenham but that was her married name as her husband (William Edward Pakenham) was not my father’s biological father. William’s name is on the adoption order from the courts at the time of adoption as he needed to give permission for my father to be adopted.
