I am the biological paternal grandmother of the adoptee. She was born at St Joseph’s Health Centre in London, Ontario. Her birth name was Jade Isis Hillman. Her biological father is my son, Travis. Her birth mother is Lacey. Her biological parents had just turned 16 at the time of her birth, so were very young & ill prepared to raise a child. They chose her adoptive parents through Mackenzie Lake Law Office in London, Ontario. She was given up for adoption at approximately 3 months old. Her adopted name is Jordyn. She has an older adopted sister named Mackenzie. Her adoptive parents are Doug & Tracey or Stacey. Her biological father & family hopes she is happy & healthy, and would like to be contacted if she wishes. She has never been forgotten.
