Nurse, Mary O’Rourke (deceased) said she placed me into the arms of my adopted parents, Ann & George Koivisto, through adoptive agency called, Children’s Aid Society, Port Arthur. Birth mother was of Ukrainian descent, name Olga (Boress) Woodbeck, age 32 yrs old, when I was born on Nov 16/46. I have 8 older siblings. Birth father, also Ukrainian, returning soldier from WW11. liasoned with birth mother in N.W. Ontario, then returned home to Manitoba Feb 1945.
