I was given up for adoption right after my birth on July 20th, 1988 from Kingston, Ontario. I believe the hospital would have been KGH (Kingston General Hospital). My birth mom’s name (if I am spelling it correctly) is Brigitte Kluth (it’s a German name I believe, Kluth would be her maiden name if she has married). I believe she was late 20’s early 30’s when she had me, I am currently 32, so this would put her at late 50’s or so. I do have a photo of her from 1988-1989 if needed. My name is Elizabeth Anne, or nickname Annie.
