Baby boy. Born Aug. 7th 1976. I believe it to be at Scarborough Gen. Not 100% on that but pretty sure. Legend has it, there was a letter from my birth mother that either came with me or arrived for me shortly after adoption date which was Oct 6-12 1976. I was never given that letter and it was destroyed before I was able to make a choice for myself as to what to do with it. Maybe another one could be sent ...... My name is now Adam. Was changed from James or something close to that.
