My name is Carissa Thompson. I am 22 years old and I am searching for my older1/2 brother named at birth Andrew Gordon Thompson born August 1997 in Toronto Canada. Our father’s name is Douglas Gordon Thompson born May 26‚ 1976. Your mother’s name at your birth was Melissa Ann McIntyre (unsure of correct spelling of last name as she is now married) born I believe in 1979. You were apprehended by Toronto Children’s Aid at approximately 1 year old and were placed in foster care. You were later legally adopted by an unknown family. I am your dad’s only other child and was raised by my mother from 2.5 yrs old onwards. I do however still have contact with our father and his siblings (1full blood brother and 3 1/2 sisters) plus nieces and nephews. You are the second oldest of 6 children that your mother had and I also have contact with a few of your 1/2 siblings. I have just ordered my ancestry dna kit and will have test done soon.
