I am looking for my older brother who was taken into children’s aid custody in 1999 and was later adopted in the year 2000. My older brothers birth name is Matthew Sinclair and he was born August 9th, either 1994, 95’ or 96’. I am not sure of the exact year but he was taken into Children’s aid custody in 1999 due to neglect from our birth parents. He was found by a pedestrian wandering on the train tracks and the pedestrian called the police who later took him into Children’s aid care because they believed he was not being supervised by a parent and was being neglected. Our parents stop trying to obtain custody of him and their parental rights were terminated and he was adopted a year or so later. I believe the Toronto children’s aid was involved and so was the metropolitan police and children’s aid as well. I have never met my brother because he was adopted 1 year before I was even born but I have heard a lot about him and would like to meet him. This I believe happened in Toronto, Keswick or Plevna. I’m not sure of the exact city but it was in the Metropolitan area. Please help me find him.
