My birth name was Monique Cheryl Ellis DOB: 10-30-1962 Birthplace: St. Michael’s Toronto Birth Mothers Name Murley Ellis age 21 at time of birth. My adopted parents were told that I was from Shediac‚ New Brunswick Canada. We later discovered that I had an Ontario Birth Certificate. I was able to obtain documents stating that I was in fact‚ from Toronto. Birth Mother‚ Murley‚ was from Shediac and went to Toronto to give birth to me.
