I have received my birth son’s “Statement of Live Birth “‚ the original birth certificate. It states that his legal name is Sean William Paul Weicker. He was born Feb. 3‚ 1976‚ at St. Joseph’s Hospital in London Ontario. He was initially in Intensive Care following a difficult‚ lengthy labour and cesarean section. He was placed with his adoptive parents on March 25‚ 1976. I was told both adoptive parents worked in the education field.
