I am looking for my half brother his name is Phillip he was born in may 1986 his father's name was Blair Barkhouse and his mother's name was Susan Minor. Phillip had a sister (also my half sibling) names Jessica sandra marie barkhouse at birth in the ottawa area. They were adopted out in 1988/89 and as far as I know they were adopted together. I am not sure of the exact date he was born in just know for sure it was may 1986
