Born Mary Jo-Anne Hachey on September 17, 1960 at Wellesley Hospital in Toronto Ontario. Admitted to care on September 27, 1960 and returned to birth mother by 3 months. Re-admitted to care on March 24, 1961 due to husband returning to family. Adopted January 30, 1962 through the Catholic Children’s Aid Society of Toronto. Birth Mother was Mary Theresa Hachey (nee: Gallant) born in PEI Canada in 1929. She had 4 children before me:1 son(1950) & 3 daughters(1955, 1956. 1957) and had 6 brothers and 4 sisters. Birth Father was born in England in 1932. He was married at the time with 3 children. He had 5 sisters and 1 brother. His parents lived in Ireland.
