My daughter Judith turner was adopted through FACS Niagara‚but not sure what year the adoption took place‚and the last I heard she was in Stevensville Ontario. She was born on June/10/1998 at the Welland Hospital. The last time I seen her she was about 10 months old‚and workers did try getting info from my sister in law about her decesed daughters health condition because they had concerns about Judith‚because at 10 months she still was not sitting by herself.My name at the time of her placement was Catherine Turner and my husband who is now deceased and the father of Judith was Randy Turner.
