I am searching for a half-sibling who was adopted in the late 80’s (possibly 1986?) either from the Sudbury or Toronto area. His birth name was Jeremy and his birth mother’s name was Carol Andrews. Apparently he was adopted around the age of six months to a Finnish couple but this is all I know at the moment. I have blond hair and blue eyes as did Carol. I had helped my birth mother with a search in the Spring of 2006 but we were denied as the Ministry of Community and Social Services was not conducting searches at the time.
