I was born Jacqueline Etta Higginson and am looking for my birth parents. I have an older half-sister who was in grade 1 when I was born and an older half-brother who was 2-3y.o at the time. I have never met them to mt knowledge. My parents were not married as far as I know. I was named after my grandparents. I was born in Hamilton ON, where my grandparents lived.
