I was born February 27‚ 1959 in St. Catharine's‚ ON. My birth father was Paul Winston McDowell. He was killed in a train/car collision in 1964. I was given the name Judith at birth. Both my biological parents were also adoptees. I was placed with my adopted family at eight days old My birth father was in the military and unable to marry at the time. I have very little info about my birth mother who lost her father at a young age and her mother went back to nursing to support them. Any info would be amazing.
