My husband and I adopted Jason (we didn’t change his name) in mid February 1980, he was 19 months old. His first and last names appeared on his vaccination paper with the last name lightly redacted read as “Allen” or Allan”. He was born in Port Colborne, Ont. Jason grew up to be a warm, kind and hard-working person. He lives and works at two jobs in Vancouver now and that’s why he asked me, as he’s very busy, to follow up on this matter when I explained the importance of knowing his biological family for health reasons. While studying at Ridley College in St.Catharines in 1996 he filled out a form with FACS to find his birth mother and gave his grandparents (my parents) Niagara Falls home address as the contact address because my husband and I were living in Hong Kong where my husband taught a local university. Any help you can give Jason in finding his birth mother will be greatly appreciated.
