I am looking for my birth parents. I was born on October 25th 1993 in London Ontario, Canada at St Josephs Hospital and adopted almost immediately. My birth parents were 16 at the time of my birth. I do not know any last names only that my birth mother is names Jennifer and i was born Nicole Anne. No information on my birth father other than he is African American, and my mother is Canadian.
