My dad was born April 13 1968 as DANIEL ROBERT RANKIN in the BOROUGH of NORTH YORK (toronto area) To a young couple 20 years old at the time. He was adopted county of OXFORD. His name changed to Michael and last name RADFORD then adopted again in 1981 to last name CADE. From what I’m reading on these adoption papers I believe he was adopted twice (not really sure what happened). I really would like to connect with blood relatives for health / medical information and honestly just to see who else is out there (that missing feeling?)
