According to the adoption order by birth name prior to adoption was Carla Vellinga. After the adoption, my biological mother who was not married to my biological father at the time of my birth apparently moved to Holland to be with extended family. I was born at the North York Branson Hospital on February 16, 1964 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
