Hi, I was adopted out of sudbury ontatio in 1971, the given name to myself by my birthmother was jaquelyn and in a temp home for a period of time of 3 months+, while she decided to keep or to wave her rights and let me be odopted. The copule caring for me in a home i believe owned or run for the childrens aid society called me baby "jackie". My mother provided a info to be given to my adopted family that gave a small family bio, stating she had 2 sisters older and 2 brothers oldèr and said she was of irish/english decent, nothing of my father. I was told this when i was young so i hope my memory is accurate. I have recently gone through a serious medical diagnosis and am only seeking medical history. I am not here to upset anyone of my exsistance in this search but just a few nondescript details if possible. I would never insert myself into a already happy family of hers/his.
