Acording to my non identifying information from the North Bay, Nipissing & District Childrens Aid Society received February, 26th , 1992 I know the following. I was born in North Bay Ontario Canada at 1:31 PM on April 24th 1970. My birth name was Tina Louiseize Suzanne T. 041322. My birth Mother was born in 1952 and was 17 when I was born. She had brown hair and eyes and was 5 feet 8 1/2 inches tall Romantic Catholic faith, Irish/ Scottish decent. Spoke English and French and was the eldest of 6 children. She wore glasses. At the time of my birth she had a 15 year old brother 13 year old brother a 10 year old brother 8 year old sister and a 6 year old sister. She stayed longer in hospital due to a kidney infection after my birth. My birth Father was 19 at the time of my birth he was Romantic Catholic he was of Scottish and Irish decent. He had hazel eyes dark brown hair he wore glasses he had one sister who was 15. He completed grade 13 and 2 years if University he was working for a survey crew. I was discharged from the hospital on May 1st 1970. I was placed in a temporary foster home. On May 20,1970 I was madea Crown Ward. I remained in foster care until June 19,1970 when I was placed with my adoptive parents Joseph and Shirley Bondy. My adoption papers say December, 18th, 1970. I’ve heard I my have a twin sister that ended up in France. I would love to have contact with any family member
