I actually have my Adoption file, that my parents gave me, with all the adoption documents, and a brief family medical history.. There also was a small amount of information regarding my paternal parents!!! My Info: I know that my paternal mother was 19yrs old when she had me, and the reason for her HUGE DECISION almost 48yrs ago, was that she wanted to go to college.. In this letter it also mentioned that my paternal father seemed to have wanted to marry, and try to make it work, I will admit that I very well could of misinterpreted what was written, but to me this is what I got from it!!! My paternal father was a musician he played paino, which is crazy, considering I grew up playing piano, and I took to it quite naturally. He decided to go back to college and got a engineering degree, do to the uncertainty of the music industry. The biggest info I have, that if my paternal mother has tried to look for me, or if she’s filled out a profile on this site, she will definitely know it’s me, because she named me.. The reasoning for this is she didn’t want me to be a "Jane Dow" until I was adopted.. which was a smart thing to do, considering I was in a foster home for the 1st. 3 months of my life, until my parents adopted me!!! My birth name: Sonja Michelle Link. I don’t know where the "Link" is from, meaning if it’s my paternal mother’s last name, or my paternal fathers, all I know is she gave me this name. Ok, well that’s about it, thank you for this opportunity!!!
