My mother who has since passed, told me when I was an adult that she had a baby boy when she was a teenager. She eventually had me 10 years later. It was very emotional for her when she let me know, and would only tell me his name, Ian Anderson (his adopted last name, I am not sure if his first name would have stayed the same). She told me she met him when he was 27, and mentioned he was married with two children. My mom has since passed away, and I am not completely convinced that her story of his death is true, or something she told me to keep me from looking for him. He would have likely been adopted in Peel Region, and she did mention that he lived in Hamilton, Ontario. I have found nothing in her papers to give me any indication of the adoption or her meeting him later in life. I don’t know the month or day he was born, so I filled in the above information with January 1st. She told me he was 10 years older that me, so I am again, only guessing at his birth year beig 1961. This is very complicated I know, I apologize.
