Hello, My name is Cole Sleeman and i am looking for my birth mom. I was born at belleville hospital in belleville ontario on november 6, 1998 and adopted at childrens aid society on dec 18, 1998. My foster mothers name was rose. I know nothing about my birth mom besides what she somewhat looked like at the time. I was adopted by Kim and Dave. This is all i know, please help me.
