I am searching for my half-brother‚ who was born January 21‚ 1971 at Chatham General Hospital in Chatham‚ Ontario. His birth name was Jay Scott Dupuis ‚ and our mother's name was Dorothy Dupuis. Jay was placed for adoption as an infant‚ believed to have been adopted around March 1971 through the Roman Catholic Children's Aid Society for the County of Essex in Windsor. The social worker involved was Arlene Klie. We were also told that the family who adopted Jay already had an adopted son who was approximately three years older. Our mother was a teenager when she had Jay and searched for him for the rest of her life. Sadly‚ she passed away about 20 years ago without ever finding him. I am Jay's biological half-sister and would very much love to find him. There are no expectations or obligations whatsoever. I would simply like him to know that our mother never forgot him and never stopped looking for him‚ and that he has two sisters who would love the opportunity to know him if that is something he would want.
